Vail Spa | Vail, Colorado

The Vail Spa, located in Lionshead Village, received a $10,000,000 interior and exterior renovation. An exterior reskin included new copper, stucco, and wood siding, and new energy efficient windows and doors for all of the units. The indoor and outdoor pool and spa areas received upgraded finishes, an exterior snowmelt system, new exterior pavers, lighting, automated pool covers, and a rooftop solar heating system for the pool.

Construction was completed on a fast track schedule of 7.5 months.
