Chamonix Vail Affordable Housing | Vail, Colorado

Chamonix Vail is a new affordable housing neighborhood consisting of 32 mountain modern townhomes spread amongst 10 buildings in West Vail. There are five (5) different plans ranging from 2-3 bedroom, 2-3 bathroom, and 1-2 car garage. A high-end modular product, the townhomes feature cedar siding and stucco, whereas the interior feature stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and paint grade trim. The neighborhood was designed for families and working professionals in Vail and as a community park and gardens.

The neighborhood is being built utilizing modular construction, which allows for an accelerated schedule of 12 months. The Town of Vail is sponsoring and funding the development of this project. Triumph Development is the local developer for Chamonix Vail.
