Established in 2009, PHQ Property Management provides planned management, proactive maintenance, and emergency service – if and when needed – 24/7. PHQ offers mechanical audits, winterization services, ongoing systems maintenance and general repairs.

PHQ is the continuation of customer service, care, and maintenance for you and your home after construction is complete. PHQ delivers a customized and personal experience to each of our clients. Through a proactive and planned approach to taking care of your home, we focus on meeting your needs and preserving the health of your home. Because we have built many of the properties that we manage, PHQ has a unique knowledge of a home’s systems and maintenance requirements. More importantly, we have a thorough understanding of the performance expectations for a home in our mountain environment.

As a long-time Vail Valley local of 16 years, Dan has held a variety of customer service and hands-on construction related roles. As a Certified Home Inspector and owner of a home inspection business, Dan carefully verifies each aspect of your home is in proper working order. In his role as PHQ Manager, he will make thorough, weekly checks on your home to guarantee everything is perfect when you arrive.
