A complete penthouse remodel spanning two floors, this project included advanced lighting design and installations to bring light into the core of the home. An artificial “skylight” window and sconces built in to the calcareous marble wall in the kitchen create a welcoming entry space with two kitchen islands. Recessed tray ceilings with cove lighting add appeal to living and bedrooms. Custom barnwood wall paneling and seamless doors warm the space and a curved bronze fireplace shroud creates a natural focal point. The living area features an expansive built-in entertainment console, casual dining alcove, and shelving.
