An interior renovation of the restaurant at the Sonnenalp Club in Singletree revealed a new restaurant concept by Chef Kelly Liken – Harvest. The restaurant is contemporary with farmhouse touches; the beautifully designed space compliments the seasonal American fare menu. With large south facing windows overlooking Arrowhead Mountain, dark wood floors, marble countertops, and a U-shaped bar seating 22, the space has a renewed feel. A new wood-paneled fireplace was installed in the main dining room, which seats 65, in addition to 30+ more seats in the lounge area. In addition to the restaurant, there is an all-day coffee bar and grab-and-go market.
I was most impressed with the buy-in from the team to get the work done. It was a tight schedule... A lot of people worked awfully hard - more than what they signed up for - but this couldn't have been done any other way. The entire team is to acknowledged for that.- Johannes Faessler
