The LEED® silver certified, ski-in ski-out Limelight Snowmass hotel & penthouse residences consist of 11 luxury condos and 99 guest rooms. The six-story steel and concrete building has a high-performance exterior cladding system and features a 55-foot indoor climbing wall, garden wall, fitness center, hot tubs, and indoor/outdoor lounge. The super-insulated roof system was constructed with Bylin Rim Melt. In summer, the Plaza skating rink transforms into a turf lawn for outdoor movies and events, and a splash park for kids. The project was a collaboration of three major players in the mountain resort business: East West Partners, Aspen Skiing Company, and KSL Capital Partners.
