Featured in Mountain Living Magazine, this family-owned duplex in the core of Aspen, Shell’s Chalet used a highly creative design and construction approach in a dense neighborhood lot surrounded by paved road on three sides. The three-level construction includes two garages on the main level with complete living space on the lower level below. Both sides of the duplex include an elevator, lower level media room, open plan living on the upper level, and a patio and deck to take advantage of stunning views of Aspen.
