The original scope of work included the replacement of the EFIS system and roofing, new foundation and log columns, plumbing upgrades, site work for drainage improvement and removal and replacement of existing decks and deck waterproofing systems. The project expanded to include a new in-ground hot tub, an exercise room, and other upgrades. This project was completed on a fast-track, seven-month shoulder season schedule in time for ski season.
