Dancing Bear Aspen, owned by Timbers Resorts, added eleven (11) residences, including a penthouse on the top floor. Additionally, two employee units were added, along with a restaurant, spa, lobby, and two levels of underground parking with a car elevator. Located in downtown Aspen, an underground tunnel connects this building to the existing Timbers Residence across the street.
