Coffey Place is an affordable housing neighborhood consisting of 15 mountain modern townhomes spread among 12 buildings in Snowmass Village. There are five different floor plans including two and three-bedroom/bathroom with one and two-car garages. Built to be sustainable with high-end finishes, the townhomes feature energy efficient building envelope systems with low maintenance exterior finishes. The interiors include high performance mechanical systems, stainless steel appliances, specialty tile & slabs, stain grade cabinets and painted trim throughout. The neighborhood was designed for working families and has a community park, recreation center, pools, tennis courts, rodeo grounds, volleyball courts, ice skating rink and community gardens.
