For this complete renovation, the original south-facing pool and spa at Manor Vail were demolished and replaced with a larger pool, snow-melted deck and two spas with a central waterfall feature. Beyond the new pool gates is a patio with a large gas fireplace, covered by a pergola with an automated shade structure. From the patio, multi-panel sliding glass doors open to a renovated restaurant space with wait station and private banquet room.
