Northwoods Phase 1 & 2 | Vail, Colorado

The first phase of the Northwoods exterior renovation included custom-finished cementitious siding, stucco and moss rock thin stone. The scope also included new deck railing and surfacing.

The second phase of the Northwoods renovation reskinned four buildings, adding new windows, doors, wood siding, stucco and stone. Additional upgrades were made to the pool, spa, fitness room, and locker rooms. Several individual units were renovated by the owner’s request.
