The Renovation at Pine Ridge consisted of deconstructing all the existing siding and masonry, installing new cedar siding and ledger rock wall exterior, building new decks and replacing the roof on the residential buildings, hot tub structure and maintenance building. The fast-track schedule was an ambitious shoulder season project, but the RA Nelson team , with great cooperation from the homeowners, finished ahead of schedule and on budget.
