Residences at The Little Nell Renovation | Aspen, Colorado

The award-winning renovation of The Residences at The Little Nell was structured in three phases. The initial phase mocked up a model room remodel for board approval. Phases two and three consisted of a complete remodel of all 26 units, plus the renovation of the owner’s lobby, reception, corridors, and the installation of a new storefront. RA Nelson worked closely with RLN staff to ensure minimal impact on guests and to keep as many units in the rental pool as possible.
