Sitting on seven acres on the Blue River in Breckenridge, the new resort includes timeshare accommodations, guest lobby, amenities, three spas, an indoor/outdoor pool, meeting facilities, maintenance building and employee housing. The project scope included extensive sitework, deep excavations, horizontal and vertical waterproofing, and temporary & permanent dewatering systems.
