Elk Track Townhomes | Beaver Creek, Colorado

The Elk Track Townhomes, located directly next to Beaver Creek Mountain, underwent an exterior renovation that consisted of new roofs, siding, masonry, and exterior stucco on all four (4) buildings with 14 units. The existing decks were upgraded with new metal railings and wood posts and new garage doors, entry doors, and ski locker doors were added as well. Additionally, a new concrete entryway was added at the garage entry and exterior light fixtures were replaced throughout. 75% of Elk Track’s existing materials were resold, reused or recycled.
